“I graduated in 2012 with an associate’s in business management and a certificate in small business development. I went on to open my own small business and have found great success in my career. I love what I do and I owe a lot of my success to the time I spent at EMCC!”

Fall 2024 Application for Campus Housing Available Now!
Students can still apply for housing, but please note that availability is limited, and new applications will be added to a waitlist with no guarantee of an assignment. To be placed on the waitlist, students must meet all requirements of campus housing.
EMCC Housing operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We will be determining “which applicants came first” by a few criteria:
- Housing Deposit (Paid or Waived)
- Compliance with immunization requirements
- Meets Financial Aid/Business Office guidelines (has a FAFSA done, verification done, or Payment Plan ready, etc.),
- Registration for a full course load (or just registered for credits as deemed appropriate by relevant staff).
Once a student has done all of those things, they will be flagged with their “All set” date and assigned based on that order.
Paid singles will not be available. All singles must be approved through Liz Daigle, Director of Student Learning Support.
Housing assignments will not be distributed earlier than mid-July. If students are placed on a waiting list, they will be notified at that time.
Students taking less than 6 credit hours of in-person classes will not be prioritized for campus housing.
Students applying for campus housing who have been identified as “qualifying status” are encouraged to send all documentation to life@emcc.edu. These students will be prioritized as best possible for a space in campus housing.
Studies show that students who live on campus have higher GPAs, are more likely to complete their education and, as a whole, get more out of their college experience.
When you reside on-campus, there is always someone around and always something to do. You have easy access to campus resources and form stronger friendships with other students. Each semester numerous recreational and educational activities are scheduled for residents to participate in.
